BRACE - BRoward Advisors for Continuing Education
The BRACE Program is unique to the Broward County Public School System.
BRACE provides students with information on post-secondary options, such as college, university, technical school, and military service, as well as information on scholarships, financial aid, college admission testing, and the college application process. Post-secondary information is provided to students through classroom visits, events, and activities throughout the school year.
Testing Information
Test Registration
Online registration is the fastest method. You will know immediately if your preferred test center has space for you to test, and you also can print your admission ticket.
PSAT/NMSOT
The Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) is a program co-sponsored by the College Board and National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC). It's a standardized test that provides firsthand practice for the SAT®. It also gives you a chance to enter NMSC scholarship programs and gain access to college and career planning tools.
Fee Waivers
Fee waivers are offered to help lower-income students pay for the SAT and SAT Subject Tests. Email our BRACE Advisor, Ms. Adams for a fee waiver!
